Ask for the phone number first

Western wedding sites put the email at the top and treat the phone as optional. In Addis, the phone is how the family already talks. An RSVP that blocks on a mailbox will lose the aunt who was going to come with two cousins.

Yeneserg keeps the reply open. There is no invite token in this version, because an open form is what families actually send around on WhatsApp. The fields are short: name, coming or not, how many seats, a song if they have one, a note if they want.

Party size is a number, not a list of legal names. Four is the cap on Serg until a couple asks for more. Dietary choices and table charts can wait until someone paying for the wedding asks for them.

The host desk shows the same list, a search box, and a CSV. Duplicate numbers are flagged, not rejected. People reply twice. The couple can see that without losing a seat.
